AVIAN Inventory Management adds depth to team as Brian Garceau joins as Director Inventory Management

Tenured aviation professional brings over four decades of senior level airline maintenance management and inventory control experience to drive AVIAN planned growth.

AVIAN Inventory Management (“AIM”), a customized inventory capital solutions provider and financier to the aviation industry, announced that Brian Garceau has joined the business in the newly created position, Director Inventory Management effective immediately.  


Brian brings to AVIAN over 40 years of experience within the aviation industry as an aviation professional and A&P Licensed Mechanic who has held senior level positions including: four-time Director of Maintenance, Chief Inspector (Quality), Director of Purchasing & Supply Chain, Manager Base MX (for MRO Heavy Checks) at airline companies such as American Eagle Airlines (now Envoy), Atlantic Southeast Airlines & Pinnacle Airlines (both Delta Connection carriers), 1 Vision Aviation, IBC Airways and Silver Airways (MCO).

Brian’s wealth of experience spans the management of people, inventory and parts configuration, as well as maintenance programs, and essential FAA compliance as the Accountable Manager (in accordance with FAR 14 CFR 119 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations.)  


Brian has already served AVIAN on our latest Embraer E190 part-out and will be a great permanent addition to AVIAN’s continued growth.   As an extension of the sales team reporting to Vice President Strategic Sales, Marty Klauss, Brian will be working with all departments to execute a strategic inventory plan to maximize the quality and effectiveness of AVIAN’s stock to best serve our customers’ needs with speed and unmatched solutions.
