AVIAN Inventory Management (“AIM”), a customized inventory capital solutions provider and financier to the aviation industry, announced that it has entered into a relationship with Alliance Airlines in Australia (ASX: AQZ), the leading regional carrier supporting wet lease, charter operations for energy and resource companies, as well as charters for the sports and entertainment sectors.

This transaction will see AVIAN purchase the airline’s E190 related inventory, establish a Brisbane distribution center to supply Alliance’s Embraer inventory needs to help achieve the airline’s anticipated growth and expansion plans. Alliance Airlines continues to transition its 79 aircraft fleet from a mix of Fokker and Embraer E190s today to an all-Embraer fleet over the forthcoming years.

Ian Gurekian, AVIAN Inventory Management CEO & Founder commented on the transaction, “AVIAN is extremely proud to have been selected by Alliance to provide an inventory solution and supply their aircraft parts and component portfolio needs. Alliance is AVIAN’s first airline customer, and this partnership is testament to how our platform’s innovative, customized solutions can be equally applied to airlines, OEMs, suppliers and MROs to release value trapped in valuable aerospace inventory, optimize distribution, and re-direct capital to growth efforts. We thank Alliance for the trust they have placed in AVIAN and are very excited to install our proven platform in Brisbane and serve Alliance as well as the entire APAC region from that location. Importantly, Avian will also supply other Embraer operators in Australia and other nearby countries."
Scott McMillan, Managing Director Alliance Airlines, “Alliance Airlines is very pleased to have entered into this transaction to have industry leader AVIAN Inventory Management acquire our Embraer inventory and harness their proven distribution expertise to service our expanding fleet as well as other operators in the region. We look forward to many years of profitable growth together.”

AVIAN plans be onsite at the Alliance Brisbane inventory center and will begin managing all component intake and distribution in July 2025.
