With more than 15 years of experience at Airbus, Rik brings deep expertise in aviation logistics, procurement, and operational excellence, playing a a pivotal role in establishing and optimizing warehouse operations for flagship aircraft programs such as the A380 and A350.

 

Rik has led the design and implementation of end-to-end logistics processes to meet complex operational demands, with a strong emphasis on Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies. His strategic focus on continuous improvement and cost efficiency has driven large-scale initiatives in collaboration with leading OEMs and suppliers, including Goodrich and Liebherr.

 

He is known for building high-performing teams, streamlining supply chains, and fostering strong supplier relationships to deliver measurable value. His approach combines technical insight with operational leadership to support scalable, resilient aviation logistics solutions.
