Maiko comes to AVIAN with more than 20 years of experience in distribution center management operations and quality management systems in the aviation industry, with roles at both Embraer Brazil and Embraer Asia Pacific. His background also includes spare parts procurement, customer support, and maintenance engineering.

Maiko is recognized for his ability to manage and mentor high-performing teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and align operations with customer and business objectives. His expertise spans audits, lean methodologies, and process optimization, consistently driving cost reduction and service excellence.

He holds an MBA in Quality and Productivity and a degree in Electrical Engineering. His professional certifications include the Embraer Safety Specialization Program (PEE Safety), and AS9100D Lead Auditor.
